Dr. Kaj Winther

Dr. Kaj Winther

Adjunct Professor of clinical nutrition and natural medicine at the Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, University of Copenhagen

Dr. Winther is the newest addition to the Ixoreal Family. ‘A farmer turned into medicines’ has profound knowledge about herbs and plants. His scientific research involves conducting proper clinical evaluations of the safety and efficacy of dietary supplements and natural remedies. He has specialized in Clinical Biochemistry. After working on the circadian variation of myocardial infarction at the Harvard Medical School, he showed more interest in herbal remedies and their impact on inflammation. He was the Director of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at University Hospitals in Copenhagen.

Dr. Winther has an extensive amount of experience in management and supervision as well. 145 papers in various peer reviewed international journals, 32 P.G courses, multiple scientific publications are just a few feathers to his cap.’

Chris Kilham

Chris Kilham is a medicine hunter, author and educator. The founder of Medicine Hunter Inc.

Chris has conducted medicinal plant research in over 45 countries. Chris works with companies to develop and popularize traditional plant-based food and medicinal products into market successes. These include ashwagandha, kava, maca, rhodiola, schisandra, tamanu oil, cat’s claw, dragon’s blood, ayahuasca, and hundreds of other plants. Chris also works to bridge worlds, regularly sharing information about other cultures through presentations and media. CNN calls Chris “The Indiana Jones of natural medicine.”
